With a wealth of video games being released each month, it's easy for some to get lost in the mix, regardless of how good they may be, and at one point curvy, well-endowed women were used to sell games in the form of sexy and strong female lead characters.
One might think that it was a gimmick, but these games held their own, and in addition to the pretty, computer generated faces -- from the 8-bit days of Nintendo's Samus (Metroid) to the over-inflated Lara Croft (Tomb Raider) -- these leading ladies of video games have stood the test of time, with many being adapted for the silver screen and others ported over to comics and novels.
The sexy looks of several of these women won the hearts of many gamers both male and female, as can be seen at comic conventions around the world, with women gamers dressing up (cosplaying) as there heroines

Samus Aran - Metroid series

Nintendo
When Samus Aran, the metal-bodied character from Nintendo's hit Metroid video game series turned out to be a woman, it was a complete shocker for video game fans.
She is seen as one of the hottest and sexiest female video game characters ever since her big reveal at the end of the original 8-bit game.
Soon she was featured in a blue form fitting zero suit and with her beautiful blue eyes, she looks gorgeous. It is still a debatable topic among gamer guys over whether or not she looks better with her helmet off or on. Many of us would surely prefer her helmet off -- after all who would want to hide such a beautiful face?
